How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status.
  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

Cancellation Policy

At MCaps ventures, we recognize that circumstances can change after placing an order. We’ve designed a clear and customer-friendly cancellation process to accommodate your needs while maintaining operational efficiency.


Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement on www.mcapskart.com.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at mcapsventures@gmail.com with your order number and registered email address.
  • Our team will process your request and send you a confirmation email once the cancellation is completed.

Cancellation Charges

To cover administrative and processing costs, the following charges apply:

  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50, whichever is higher, will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your order has already been dispatched before the cancellation request is received, applicable shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:

  • Packed and prepared for shipment
  • Dispatched from our warehouse or fulfillment center
  • Out for delivery

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may still refuse delivery at the time of receipt or initiate a return once the product is delivered, as per our [Return & Refund Policy].


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Once your cancellation is approved, the refund (after deducting applicable charges) will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 4 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
